Affordable Supported Housing

GLSA was set up in June 2018 to procure, provide and manage housing from the private sector for people with
learning disabilities and mental health support needs. GLSA recognises that people who require specialist
support may encounter difficulty renting accommodation from the wider housing market.

Restricted to care, support and supervision with a care provider In Situ, ie. a Supported tenancy with a Support agreement
