Greater London Supported Accommodation CIC , also known as GLSA for short, is a community interest company whose main purpose is to provide a home to vulnerable adults alongside support, supervision, or care to help people live as independently as possible in the community. GLSA was established in June 2018 as a not-for-profit and voluntary organisation with the aim to provide flexible housing options for people with support needs.
GLSA provide vulnerable adults with the support they need to lead a full, active and independent lifestyle whilst offering access to pre-vocational training, therapeutic work-like activities and even access to gainful supported employment. Our properties are sourced from the private sector and understands that vulnerable adults, with enduring mental health, who require specialist support, may encounter difficulty renting accommodation from the local private housing sector. GLSA’s ethos is about supporting people with extra support needs to access high standard accommodation in the community. At GLSA CIC, we provide supported housing for those who are in need.
Our highly trained staff have all worked in health & social care and are professionals in the housing sector. Once you have moved in and are settled in your home, GLSA staff will provide a full tenancy support service which helps with all the documentation relating to your tenancy, setting up with utility companies, assisting with change of address to welfare agencies, as well as regular wellbeing checks and health & safety checks. These services are alongside any care package in place. GLSA provides intensive housing management as well as responsive and cyclic repairs. Our team are on call 7 days a week.

With our designated supported employability provider, you can enlist on any of the supported employment schemes which will empower you to get suitable employment.
